Bio   Wagner Telecom Management, LLC was founded by Brian Wagner in 2010 to provide expert telecommunication, regulatory, and strategic planning services to a wide variety of customers. Mr. Wagner's background uniquely positions Wagner Telecom Management as one of the premier telecommunications consulting firms in the Western United States.

Mr. Wagner's telecommunications career began in the summer of 1994 with the creation of a business plan that leveraged two critically important industry announcements. During this tumultuous time in the telecommunications industry, the Federal Communications Commission announced that it would auction off a large amount of spectrum to fuel the small but burgeoning mobile cell phone industry. Concurrent to this announcement was Congress' revelation that nearly 100 years of telecommunications monopolies would end with the forthcoming Telecommunications Act of 1996. Both of these announcements represented a monumental shift in U.S. telecommunications policy and when combined, presented an interesting opportunity for those willing to wade in the untested waters of telecommunications competition. Mr. Wagner's business plan detailed the steps necessary to launch a successful Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) with both wireless and wireline components. The plan was sold to a regional consulting company and was successfully deployed by several existing telephone companies. The plan helped these companies to expand into new markets, significantly growing their customer base. Soon after these successes, Mr. Wagner was approached by an ownership group to implement the plan and he spent the next 15 years building one of the few successful facilities-based CLECs in the United States.

During his tenure at San Isabel Telecom, Inc., Mr. Wagner gained a great deal of experience in nearly every facet of the telecommunications industry including:
